Which location should I give on the call?
Give the property street address, unit number and ZIP. A mailing label alone does not establish equipment location, city limits or service availability. If your mail goes to a post-office box, use the separate physical property address for the repair request.

These are browsing groups, not an official boundary map or a promise of coverage. The repair topic pages for Naples are the main citywide pages; each surrounding area has its own access and repair discussion.

When the mailing address is different
The ZIP list includes 34101, 34106 and 34107. Keep these available if they are part of your mailing address, but do not use a mailbox as the equipment location. Check the physical property ZIP through USPS if you are unsure.
North Naples and the inland communities use Naples mailing addresses too. A familiar city name on mail does not identify who controls a building, an access route or a permit decision.
Tell us about access before a visit
If heating equipment is behind a locked door, in association-controlled space or above a ceiling, explain that on the call. Ask who must be present and who can authorize a repair. Leave access to roofs, attics and electrical spaces to the appropriate professional.
